2.1 Free Tier: Provides limited access to the PersonAll community and regular email updates.
 

2.2 Plus Tier: Offers additional benefits, including access to exclusive content, events, and other perks as described at the time of subscription.
 

2.3 Payment: Fees for paid Membership plans are outlined during the signup process and may include monthly, annual, or one-time payment options.

3.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
 

3.2 Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

4.1 Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.3 Any misuse of Membership benefits, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of content, may result in termination of the Membership without a refund.

7.1 PersonAll may modify Membership benefits, features, or these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the PersonAll platform.
 

7.2 Continued use of the Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8.1 PersonAll reserves the right to terminate any Membership without notice for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons.
 

8.2 In the event of termination initiated by PersonAll, refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused portions of a paid Membership.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonAll is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your Membership.
 

9.2 Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid for your Membership in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
